General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 
   These General Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by CH Tout est Clean (the "Company"). By booking a service, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.
    

2. Services Offered
   The Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including regular maintenance, deep cleaning, and specialized eco-friendly cleaning solutions. The scope of services will be defined and agreed upon in advance between the Company and the Client.
    

3. Bookings

   • Clients may book services via the Company’s website or through direct communication (phone, email, etc.).

   • All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed after the Company has sent a confirmation message.

   • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the service location, type of service, and any specific requirements.
      

4. Payments

   • Payment is due at the end of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.

   • The Company accepts payments in cash, by credit or debit card, and online.

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment is made on the day of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
      

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments free of charge if they do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

   • The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), in which case the Client will be informed as soon as possible.
      

6. Client Responsibilities

   • The Client must ensure that the property is accessible at the scheduled service time.

   • The Company is not responsible for cleaning services that are not performed due to inaccessibility of the property.

   • Any fragile or valuable items must be secured by the Client prior to the service. The Company will not be held liable for damages to items that are not properly stored or secured.
      

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

   • The Company is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must inform the Company within 24 hours of the service.

   • The Company will arrange a re-cleaning of the concerned area at no additional cost if the Client’s concerns are deemed valid.
      

8. Liability

   • The Company disclaims any liability for pre-existing damages to the Client's property.

   • The Company will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of its services.

   • Any claim against the Company’s liability must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service.
      

9. Health and Safety

   • The Company is committed to adhering to all necessary health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

   • The Client agrees to disclose any potential health hazards (e.g., pests, mold) before the service. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in immediate termination of the service.
      

10. Force Majeure
    The Company will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or strikes.
     

11. Confidentiality
    The Company respects the privacy of its Clients. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to provide the requested services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
     

12. Modifications
    The Company reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Company’s services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
     

13. Governing Law
    These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the courts of Montreal.
